SSA assigns the ALJ when scheduling the hearing. Your Notice of Hearing identifies the judge by name. Once we know the judge, we look up that judge’s approval-rate history and adjust the case strategy.
Can I visit the Albuquerque Hearing Office to ask questions before my hearing?
