Request a Free Consultation
Three simple steps.
-
Submit the form
Takes about two minutes. Tell us what you can — we can fill in the rest on the call.
-
We call you back
Within 30 minutes during business hours. We’ll ask about your condition, work history, and where your claim is in the process.
-
You decide
If we think your case has a path forward, we’ll explain how we’d handle it. If we don’t take it, we’ll tell you why and what to do instead. No pressure either way.
Before you reach out.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes — no charge, no obligation, no credit card. You can use the 30 minutes to ask anything about your potential disability claim. If you decide not to hire us, you owe nothing.
What does it cost if I do hire you?
Nothing up front. SSDI attorney fees are regulated by the Social Security Administration: 25% of past-due benefits, capped at $9,200 (2025 cap). If we don’t win benefits for you, you owe no attorney’s fees. Period.
What if I'm not sure I have a case?
That’s exactly what the consultation is for. We’ve reviewed thousands of potential SSDI cases over 20+ years. We can usually tell within the first call whether you have a viable claim — and if you don’t, we’ll explain why and what you might do instead.
I was already denied. Is it too late?
Not necessarily — but timing matters. After a denial you generally have 60 days to file the next step (reconsideration or hearing request). Call us right away if you’re inside that window. If you’ve missed the deadline, we can talk about whether a new application makes sense.
Do you only handle Colorado cases?
We’re based in Denver and primarily represent Colorado claimants, but federal disability law is uniform nationwide. Most hearings are now conducted by phone or video, so we can represent claimants anywhere we’re admitted to practice.
Prefer to call or schedule directly?
The form is the fastest way to reach us, but we’re also reachable by phone or by booking a time on our calendar.
