What happens after you reach out.

  1. A quick first call. Either William or someone from our team will get the basics — your name, your condition, where you are in the SSA process — and schedule a free consultation if it makes sense.
  2. Free 30-minute consultation with William. By phone or video, your choice. Before the call, it helps to have these handy:
    • Any letters from SSA — denials, reconsideration decisions, hearing notices
    • A short list of your medical conditions
    • Names of your treating doctors
    William will walk through where you stand and what we’d do. If your case isn’t a fit for us, he’ll tell you that too — and point you somewhere useful.
  3. No fee unless we win. If we take your case, the attorney fee comes out of your back benefits and is capped by federal law — 25% of past-due benefits or $9,200, whichever is less. If you don’t win, you owe nothing.
